lost 103 levels all certificates and credits and all companys. Not happy. can you help?

sry for that. Just one similar problem to my Profile. All settings and times ok but have lost my Profile character settings completely, deleted with update.
MS-Store version PC
Alienware 51 desktop
Losing a career profile and game is probably connected to the cloud not syncing.
You could try to sign out of the xbox app and sign in again. Failing that, try deleting and redownloading the xbox app and sign in again.
Thats all the ideas i can come up with.
Zendesk is your next best thing after trying those.
Thanks but tried all that using copilot as guide, Its defenatly server side as was working yesterday. I have the achivments that says 20 certs completed now only 3 lost 36 aircraft and every company I owned. admin must be able to reinstate my profile but its geting to speak with them to resolve the issue.
