it’s a problem shared by all the iniBuilds airbuses. it’s extremely common, and occurs nearly every flight. although the EFB has the correct waypoints, the version of the flightplan in the MCDU will have two- or three-letter VOR waypoints swapped for identically named ones thousands of nautical miles away.
the easiest way to detect this is firstly to note when your estimated fuel on arrival is -99 tons. that’s a dead giveaway. the other way to check is to set the MFD to Plan mode and step through the flightplan until you find the one or more waypoints that zoom off to the moon and back.
this problem appears to arise even if you never modify the default flightplan.

Since yesterday can’t finish single mission. The worst was like 150 NM before landing wasting like 3 hour flight.
Always checking my computer and there is zero unusual waypoints like too far away. Everything looks normal to me.
Guess I have to stop playing atm carer till this is fixed.
happened again tonight on two flights. one vip citation longitude and one cargo pc-12.
flight plan wasn’t changed and was matching between efb and the planes instruments.
was perfectly on track when suddenly i got a warning from atc that I’m too far from flight plan and one second later the mission fails.
should definitely be marked as a bug. can’t remember it happening before su4.
