I enjoyed playing in career mode its a good way to start the sim and the certication works pretty well, but I just feel overall it is too gamified. It seems to have borrowed alot from elite dangerous where as I really enjoyed playing onair in fs2020. I know you can still do that but simmers really want is realism and onair felt like there was much more freedom and you feel less like your on a road map. Onair had much more breakdown in terms of costs, repairs etc. and flying performance. As it is career mode seems to give you a random score for your flight with random bonuses. I think if they could make it as realistic as possible it would be a big improvement.
