That’s where your player currently is. Now you can start employee missions from any airfield within your unlocked area, if you fast travel to another airport you immediately unlock the ring around that airport.

Sorry but I still don’t quite understand this…When I click on the plane, I have to pay a transfer of 50750cr ? I don’t have an employee currently employed. (I have 4 aircraft, all 4 crew off.
To move the aircraft to another airfield you can either go in to the company screen, manage aircraft and then transfer the select aircraft, or to move it to a mission click on the mission then accept mission, it will take you to a screen for the transfer, but yes you’ll have to transfer the aircraft, there is no way to free flight the aircraft to another field.
