ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: While taxying to hold in CJ4 in Career mode on a VIP mission from OEJN to DNMA, the HUD exterior speed was static at 14kts but I got an overspeed notification about adhereing to the taxi speed. I swapped to cockpit and the GSP indicator was rolling wildly up and down betwee .99kts to overspeed as the CJ4 was going over what appeared to be undulations on the runway.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
This was the first time in PS5 but it was also the first time I flew this after just purchasing it for VIP missions.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Taxi to hold

Be in exterior of plane with HUD on

choose suitable taxi speed to avoid penalities

Suddenly get a warning you are overspeeding and should adhere to regulations!

Swap to cockpit and note GSP is rolling up and down wildly on the PFD between .99 and over 30kts.

Slow to almost zero kts to get to hold.

Don’t know if it is relevant but it seemed to match the undulations in the runway???
