When choosing a arrival for ILS Landing, CAT III is required if auto land is desired.

ILS and RNAV approaches can be approved for various degrees of accuracy / types of available equipment (and IRL, suitably-rated pilots!). The approach plates will specify different minimum decision heights depending on the equipment to be used; fully automated ILS landings for instance as only possible with Category III equipment and approval, but allows for landing even when visibility is very bad.
It’d be nice to have this, and a lot of other info, available directly in the sim’s flight planner – but that’s a “slippery slope”. 
For now, it’s probably best to assume you’ll need external tools and charts to make the best use of the approach anyway, and you can get it on the chart once you have it.
