CDI Button Assignment G1000

Hi All,

Does anybody know what the keyboard control name is to toggle the CDI on the G1000. This button should then cycle between GPS, LOC1 and VOR2 on the PFD. This is possible via mouse click on CDI button on the G1000.

Try almost all posibilities but could only change from LOC1 to GPS and back via “Toggles GPS Drives NAV1” but can’t cycle to VOR2.

You have to have a valid VOR frequency dialed into Nav1 or Nav2 I believe.

Thanks will try that. However, with the button CDI on the G1000 it will allow to cycle. But maybe there isn’t an action for that via controls.

CDI definitely works for VOR, I’ve flown VOR to VOR plans using it. And I have a hardware key on my throttle quadrant using that exact keybind you mentioned to control it.

Just tried but didn’t work. I added valid VOR NAV1 and NAV2 freq. The G1000 shows the VOR correctly and can with the CDI button cycle through the different selection on the G1000 PFD. However, the key assignment is still not working.
