Cessna 152 Fuel Problem

Brief description of the issue
The Cessna 152 is not using the left fuel tank. I did a long run and the tanks did not balance out. In fact the engine cut out when the right tank was empty, even though the left tank was still full. Tried flying it with an empty Community folder, same result. Also spent several minutes in a right hand bank but still only the right tank was used?

Detailed steps to reproduce the issue encountered:

Select Cessna 152, fill both tanks to max, go anywhere and fly around for a while. Check fuel usage on guage or weight/balance page. Note that left tank is still full but right tank is being emptied.

SU15, although not flown the aircraft for a while so could be earlier

I started in the air in the C152 (by Asobo, not aerobat version), checked the fuel usage,
fuel is being used from both left and right tank

Are you certain your fuel selector is set to "Both " ?

I suspect some binding issue (do you have fuel selector set on a specific hardware ?) or maybe mod conflict… I would try in safe mode to exclud a marketplace mod conflicting…

The C152 doesn’t have a both position just a simple on or off. I suspect that what @NiKoTin3420 suggested may be the culprit. If a binding is set to left only then the simulation is probably picking that up even though it’s only meant to be on or off from the vc.

@NiKoTin3420 is indeed correct! I examined each peripheral and found that I had a button on the alpha yoke that I obviously set up for left tank and right tank selection. It just happened to be in the left tank position by default. I suppose, in a way it is still a minor bug as the Cessna 152 should not be able to have selectable tanks, but obviously not worth spending the devs time on something that minor.
