From the main home page, up at the top, you can select ‘Options’ which brings up a page that has three sections. The far right section is for ‘Controls’. When you click on that it brings up a page that lists all detected controls along the top and just under that, over to the left, above the area that allows you to search for an input, it says ‘sensitivity’. If you click that it brings up a window that allows you to adjust sensitivity and dead zones on your controls. It may be that one of your axis isn’t quite centered by default and thats causing your issue. Also note that this may not be your issue at all in which case Im not sure what else to suggest. try to find what Im talking about though.
