The BUS 1 switch in the 172 (All 3 variants.), when testing on startup according to the check list, the fan does not come on as the check list says to shut down upon hearing fan in the pre-flight. The BUS 2 switch fan works just fine but the Bus 1 fan does not. This is with the glass cockpit Garmin G1000.
That’s a very sharp dagger on details, but I doubt that the majority of the users of this forum will understand what you are talking about, let alone the devs.
Just tried the C172 checklist and I confirm.
I ignored it and went ahead with the checklist with no further issues.
During the flight, in external view, I found a mismatch between the magenta line and the one set in the cockpit, and also for the altitude set (99000 ft instead of 7000) but I managed to conclude the flight without issues or crashes.
