Ok, thanks, I will do.

What the… interesting! Are you sure there isn’t a mechanic stuck in the engine cowling trying to alert you with morse code?

i had the same effect on the x-box when approaching the vancouver airport. it went so far that the whole simulator stuttered so much that it had a CTD.

I’m on PC, though.

It also happens with an empty Community folder.

Yes had sae issue, Xbox-X. Had to turn off avionics master in the end to stop the radio ATC window flashing.

Ok, so this is on both platforms.

Very strange. I just took a twenty minute flight and I didn’t experience this.

In my last flight it happened only after an hour.

Some posts above moved into this topic.

I have not yet experienced that on any of my flights in the 195 but they didn’t last an hour. Can you check if you have any mappings for alternator/battery on your yokes etc.? The reason I’m mentioning this: I had to remove mappings for avionics and battery/alternator on my Honeycomb Alpha because it started to not get along very well with the avionics in several planes (e.g. BN2, Twotter, V35B). Avionics started to get turned off then back on again then off again and so on. Not as quickly as what can be seen in your videos but might be worth a try.

Only use Xbox controller and have not got auto start/shutdown or MAG switches mapped and Stella get this on the 195 ONLY

Yes, I have that mapped via FSUIPC. However, when I tried with an empty community folder, I also did not use FSUIPC, so I had to switch the alternator by mouse.

I unplugged all my peripherals and just flew with mouse and xbox controller. Started on the runway, not cold and dark, EXACTLY 45 minutes into the flight it happened. Not a controller mapping issue. Also, the Logitech switch panels that control things like this are plug and play and do not even have a way to bind keys in MSFS. They are defaulted for what the panel labels them as. This can be good and bad, but that is for another topic. Logitech does make some mapping software, but I do not use it for the reasons you mentioned above

Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?

yes

Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:

I’m on xbox with velocity flight yoke, after the same duration, ~45mins or so, the low volt SIP light comes on, the electronics and lights flicker and the amps gauge twitches. It doesn’t seems to read very high to begin with. turning the pitot heat off helps. If I had to guess I’d say the alternator charge rate is too low or doesn’t charge the battery enough to cover the load. .

If relevant, provide additional screenshots/video:

You are right. I checked the battery voltage. It gets charged, but not enough. If everything is switched off (lights, heat and avionics) the voltage increases. If just the avionics is on, the voltage slowly decreases.

With the battery voltage down to 21 the problem starts. When switching on the battery master from cold and dark the voltage is ~ 25.5
