ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The seating arrangement in the EFB shows a single pilot seat with 3 passenger seats behind.
The aircraft actually has a pilot and co-pilot seat in front, with two passenger seats behind.

First seen v1.6.31.0 (just acquired the aircraft)
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- In free flight, select the Cessna 195. Use “F” or your mouse to enter the configuration page for the aircraft.
- Click “Fuel & Payload”, then “Manage Mass in EFB”
- Select the seats tab. Note the incorrect configuration as shown in the screenshot below.
