ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
The turbocharger on the Cessna 404 is not functioning correctly in SU2. You are not able to achieve full power at 16,000 feet unless you lean the mixture heavily. According to the aircraft’s performance specifications, the mixture should remain full rich (sea level mixture) up to 16,000 feet to maintain full power, but currently this is not possible in the simulator.

This issue occurs every time at 16,000 feet.

- Load a flight with the Cessna 404.
- Climb to 16,000 feet while keeping the mixture full rich.
- Observe that full power is not maintained unless the mixture is leaned.
