The above audio message is persistent, even when I take off and isvery distractingvto have to turn it off on the little landing gear orange message.
Is there a way to get rid of it?
It happens even when climbing on takeoff?
Yes..
Tak a look and listen here:
I think you’re going way too slow and are near stall. Plane’s sensors think you’re coming down maybe?
I doubt that…The question is why the aircraft’s logic assumes I am landing on water instead on land.
But perhaps that is SOP for an aircraft fittet with pontoons?
I may be wrong, but it doesn’t do it to me. I run a bit faster though.
I eliminated the problem by switching to the wheeled version…
Maybe this is the same issue than reported here ?:
Yes, it’s worse than that actually. This bug used to be only in the X-Cub floats, now it’s in the 172 floats as well and more annoying. EVERY time you land on a runway - AFTER landing you get the repetitive “wheels down” warning repeatedly until you manually hit the ■■■■button. I’m doing a bunch of short puddle jumping connected flights only a few miles apart and this gets really old.
