Cessna Citation Longitude Flight plan messed up

hello everyone i hope i am not completely wrong here with my questions. yesterday i made a flight from MUHA to KTPA with the Citation Longitude. I installed the mods for the Garmin and the Citation Performance Mode.
I created the flight plan directly in msfs with high ifr routes.

Now I had the wrong altitude for the Blond Five Arrival. totally unrealistic!

i corrected the data directly in garmin from chartfox for the approach blond five. nevertheless the atc still wants me to climb to FL320 and that in the star where i should have 6000ft according to the chart.

arrived at AGASE the aircraft just flies on without following the plan! (did i do something wrong here?) i do not switch to arrival until i reach the BUCCS point? i then entered a direct to to BUCCS on the garmin.

important for me to know:
have i done something wrong or are these all errors of the flightsim? or errors in the garmin mod?
then something additional about the speed restrictions? i find different informations.
atc tells me often to stay below 210 kts, from when are these restrictions lifted?
with what speed do i fly an arrival? (i am always around < 200 kts) landing is around 140 kts)

thanks for your help!
then finally landing on the ILS 19L
