It’s an absolute disgrace. I paid €20 for the aeroplane and it’s completely unplayable.

enjoy horrible fps

Can not reproduce unplayable issues with the cessna longitude on ps5.
Also your video shows the Pilatus pc 12 ngx (and the cessna citation cj4 in the menu), not the cessna citation longitude.

its on the PS5, there are no Mods or anything else, and no other Hardware or Drivers.

Your post did not contain much info apart “Unplayble Performance” & “chose the Cessna Citation Longitude” that is why it has been moved. Now that you’ve updated the reproduction steps I understand you are talking about the FPS and not flight performance of the aircraft.
When creating a bug report, please fill in required fields of the template with as much details as possible so it is clear what the issue is about. I am gonna move it back to the Bug Reporting Hub > Aircraft & Systems pending contributions from others users if they can replicate the same.

Longitude perfectly playable here on PS5 Pro. The only minor stuttering I got was switching from cockpit to exterior view. Those lasted 2 seconds at most over land and none over the sea. Panned left, right, up and down repeatedly after those couple of stutters and all OK.
Working in cockpit, no stutters at all, take off none either.
Flew from Hobart to Melbourne. She never skipped a beat.
OP could try clearing cache on ps5.
Could be STD PS5 issues 
Base ps5 here. Had only stutters in dense areas with extreme complex scenery (London). Spent over 50h in the longitude.

Description of the issue: From the start the lag is bad doing a walk around. When I enter plane then proceed to open the EFB while in the plane and try to load flight plan from the WEB using msfs24 planner the game freezes. I read other people’s experience with the longitude and its mixed, I’ve tried everything possible to make the game run smooth. Its just this certain plane. The TBM 930 was an issue now it flies smooth, the ES-30 aeroheart was an issue also but thats super smooth now. So the longitude needs some love also.
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? I’ve been trying for about a month and half now, same issues. I had one successful flight.

Msfs24 is the only game on my system. Not sure what else I need to clear to have this plane perform smooth.

I saw your post last night. Convinced me to try again.. I like to use msfs24 planner to load the flight plans but everytime I get into the plane to load the plan it freezes I came to conclusion to load plan before I get into the plane but just wanted to share awareness i guess. The longitude atleast for myself right now is very unhappy but I’ll keep trying, its a nice plane.
The one time I did get it to taxi there was alot of lag, it was only when I got the wheels off the tarmac it smoothes out and as you said it does get bad around high density areas for myself also and for a few seconds switching from cockpit to external view.
Its been a Rollercoaster with the ps5 and msfs24 in general a ton of frustrating hours but I keep coming back lol
Keep the faith, on PS5 it is new and they will keep trying to improve the graphics and memory loads. They spent almost a year doing it for xbox and pc so it will come. They might need to get the aircraft devs to have a hand in reducing some of the graphics in the cabins. Trust me, the NAMC YS-11 is waaay worse than the longitude with stutters.
In fact in my first flights the longitude lagged badly. So does she still, if you change from outside to inside and vice versa.
She could indeed need some optimization. For me she works best on a fresh started msfs. So i guess there are memory leaks. Also: The longitude (I love this plane!) Suffers heavy avionics crashes. Maybe these avionics reboots eat also compute power and cause these lags. Who knows. Yes, she is always on the edge of being laggy.
Did three Longitude flights today. Yes, the FPS were not the top of what is possible but flying to from Havanna to Milwaukee and from Milwaukee to Telluride was not stuttering, apart feom changing between inside/outside view.
