Brief description of the issue:
When pressing the “toggle lights” hotkey, all lights turn on as expected. If you then use the cockpit buttons to turn individual lights off, the landing lights will stick on (all others will respond to the cockpit controls, including taxi lights). The cockpit indicator will turn off when pressing the landing lights button, but the lights are still on in the external view. Using the toggle hot key again to turn the lights off will return things to normal.

Press the toggle lights hotkey (default is “L”) to turn all lights on. Then use the cockpit dash controls to turn individual lights off, including landing and taxi lights. Switch to external view to see the landing lights on.
