Cessna longitude and 787 Dreamliner doesn’t stay straight on takeoff and landing. Goes off runway.
Are you sure you weren’t failing to compensate for the crosswind?
Not sure if this is the same issue, but more than a few times I’ve had some uncommanded inputs while taxiing both the Longitude and 787, that force the aircraft to steer left… and when it happens I notice the left rudder pedal is pushed all the way - without me having made any inputs.
If it happens, look at the rudder pedals, and if they are the cause, try pressing the NUM 5 key - which is the number 5 on the numeric keypad on the right side of the keyboard (not the row across the top). Or you can change the default keybinding.

I fly both and have never had that problem. What kind of rudder pedals do you have? Do they have potentiometers or hall effect sensors?
If that question is for me, I don’t have rudder pedals, I meant the rudder pedals in the aircraft itself, on screen.
