EXT PWR button not lighting up at all no matter if it’s on or off.

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

Turn on both batteries and all the condition lights like BUS TIE, L BATT, R BATT, etc turn on but not the EXT PWR

Clicking on the EXT PWR button does not change the buttons lighting but it does turn on/off external power.

This happens for both the non-enhanced and the enhanced versions.
