Cessna Longitude low hydraulic pressure

every time I try to fly the longitude, since the newest update this week, I get these warning messages , I only see 2 HYD switches, and I’ve flipped them every which way, to no avail.

I have the exact same problem.

I am also having this issue.

I have the same problem, hope we can get a solution. Looks exactly the same for me.

I checked my Longitude & the hyd switches work as they are supposed to.
Norm 3000PSI
Low 1200 PSI
Supply off 0 PSI
With appropriate warnings. Maybe check if any other bindings are in play.

so far, I’ve figured out , if I start flight on the runway, all is good. If begin cold and dark, that’s when I get the warnings and cant proceed. So I guess ill deal with it until there is a patch.

Same here, discovered it by accident.

Same problem, exept the warnings are present even if stareted on the rwy.

Make that the engines are in the run position. That fixed my issue. Using auto-start leaves them off.

Properly starting the aircraft doesn’t cause this problem. I’ve got almost 80 hours in the longitude since AAU1 and have nothing like this and I always start cold and dark.

What does your startup sequence look like?

Same for me. Always start cold & dark & go through a start sequence as the real thing. Never had a problem with hyd pressure.

So I just have a hot key on my Velocity one flight controls for auto start. So in my 300 hours prior to this update, I never had these warnings with auto starting and letting AI do all the flipping of the switches . Prior to this last update.

So that leads me to asking… For those with “so much experience”, lol, to tell me what is missing or needs to be remidied to fix this. If you had these messages, what would you do to correct?
What systems do I need to look at?

I don’t use Autostart normally. There is a post above about autostart leaving the engines in “off” state. I’d start there, check that the covered switches just below the throttle are in “run”.

It’s a semi-standard rule that complex aircraft don’t do well with autostart and need at least a few buttons pressed to get them started. It’s much better in FS2020 than in previous editions, but autostart can’t possibly handle all possible variations that come up as aircraft get more complex. To be honest, I’m impressed autostart works as well as it does on this plane as well as the default airliners.

With regards to what systems to look at, you looked at all the correct ones. That is why I asked about your start procedure because something you were doing was causing those systems to deviate from anything reasonable. In short, you were triggering an edgecase that the simulation didn’t handle. It turns out that edge case is somehow having engines running despite being in shutdown mode.

that was it. After the update, the engine switches were not being turned on. So thanks for helping explain what you would do, cause that corrected it.
Many thanks
