Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?
no
Have you disabled/removed all your mods and addons?
yes
Brief description of the issue:
In the Cessna Longitude, the MFDs are not working (initialising?). I have deleted the aircraft from the Official folder and removed all working title mods. I then let MSFS reload the packages as an update. The MFDs do work on other aircraft with no issues
Provide Screenshot(s)/video(s) of the issue encountered:

Just noted from watching a start video for the longitude that on the electrical synopsis page that my Left & right internal buss’s 1 & 2 are not closed. All of the switches on the electrical panel are in the correct position.
Your screen shot shows external power on, but batteries off.
You should turn on the batteries, then either external power, or APU.
For me on Xbox, the first flight in Longitude the systems never work, I have to always “restart” the flight after spawning in, then on the 2nd try, everything works.
hi, tried that, following the checklists to no avail. The issue, I think, is that the electrical busses L & R INT 1 & 2 are not powered up. All the electrical switches are in the correct positions.
I am wondering if there is a CFG file that is corrupt?
Also the APU will not sustain from the manual start switch. It winds up to around 5-10% then winds back again as though there is no fuel flow.
I’m on Xbox… The standard question is always: do you have any longitude mods at all, if so remove them… or any mods of any kind, remove them to test.
I suggest adding the “cessna-citation-long” tag to your post and maybe someone from Working Title will see this and try to help. You could also ask on WT Discord server
It seems your systems are stuck in the wrong state. A few times in the past I was able to reset the states but only in flight (which is part of the plane’s logic) There are a couple of things you might try -
Delete Rolling Cache (if it’s on, MSFS General Options > Data)
Get the plane in the air, and then methodically test each part of the electrical system. Leave the APU ON, take off, and just set auto pilot to fly a heading mode at a safe altitude so you can focus on the electrics…
Open the Electrical Synoptics on BOTH PFD and MFD screens (because if you turn off the PFD or MFD you want to still see the synoptics)
Each of the 3 generators: Methodically turn off, reset, then on
In no specific order, just to see if the synoptics changes
L Main - OFF, wait, then ON
L Elec - OFF, wait, then ON
R Main - OFF, wait then ON
R Elec - OFF, wait then ON
Turn off APU
Close the Bus Tie, then Open it again
Land the plane, shut down Engines, shut down batteries, exit flight … maybe that will reset the settings.
Load a new flight and see if it’s working
Normally you would never touch any of the electrical buttons except turning on the Standby Power, then Batteries
You could try to delete your MSFS User Data (it’s possible something is corrupt… but that is an extreme troubleshooting step, you would lose your saved configurations, log book, etc) It’s easy on Xbox, but not sure about PC.
