Brief description of the issue:

During descend phase, if STAR includes “at exactly” or “at or below” restricitions and will level flight after that for certain amount of time to fly as high as possible as long as possible before reaching again TOD and continuing descend based on next altitude restriction, it changes back to Cruise-speedprofile for the level flight phase… and then again back to Descend-speedprofile. This makes unintentional accelerations and decelerations several times.

Would like this updated so that once Descend-phase is declared, it would remain on Descend-profile for rest of the flight, unless pilot interacts this.
