ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue:
In the Challenge League Activity, there are no checkpoint time or score notification popups if the player has selected Restart for the activity.
If the player selects Restart from the Pause menu during an activity or if the player selects Restart from the final summary menu after the completion of the Challenge League Activity the player will not receive any checkpoint or score notifications in all subsequent restarted attempts.
Exiting to the Challenge League title menu will restore checkpoint notifications.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Every time Restart is selected.
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
- Play a Challenge League activity.
- Observe checkpoint score popup notifications during the activity.
- Complete the activity. Select Restart from the final score menu.
- Observe no checkpoint notifications.
- Select Pause menu > Restart
- Observe no checkpoint notifications.
