This is a fun RNAV approach. Tegucigalpa South RNAV/RNP 02.
Due to terrain, the approach is a continuous descending circle (turning through about 270 degrees) then there is a hard 90 degree left to land on 02.

Apparently at one point this was considered the second most dangerous approach in the world.
[I nailed it in the Beechcraft Baron just now in heavy IMC, but I wouldn’t want to try to do this in an airliner! Or in the real world, tbh! White knuckles on the yoke!]
