Change of altitude on missions hangs mission step bar

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
When you run a VIP mission and ATC tells you to climb for cruise at 12000 ft, but before you reach that altitude and ask ATC for decrease altitude and reach the new assigned altitude, the mission step bar still shows “climb” and you never get the option to tell your passengers about that.
Also another bug, if you cancel IFR and descend for landing, you never get the option to notify your passengers.

Happened again today when i forgot to change assigned altitude in EFB and it requested me to climb to 31k feet. But the PC12 cant do it, so when I asked ATC for descend and reached the new altitude. Its suck on “Climb” on mission step on top right screen. So I cannot skip.
