Character continues moving after releasing movement keys

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
Both the walkaround character and the photo mode camera continue moving after releasing the movement keys.

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Switch to the walkaround character (Or go to photo mode)
  2. Hold one of the movement keys for about ten seconds
  3. Release the key and the character/camera keeps moving for a few seconds

This seems to happen with the walkaround camera, the photo mode camera, and just moving around the inside of the aircraft. The longer you keep the camera moving in one direction, the longer it keeps moving after you release the keys.

Agreed, and it is very annoying. I tried adjusting the movement speed and momentum of the external camera, but it had zero effect. It was just a shot in the dark anyway, I wasn’t really expecting it to make a difference.

Turns out its not just the cameras, any button on the keyboard does this. If you hold A to pitch the plane up all the way, and then hold S for a while but not enough to pitch the plane all the way down and then release it, the controls will keep moving for a while.

Still doing this for me after the updates, very annoying. This is on PC, using the keyboard.

I don’t know because I don’t use the keyboard o move.

But, check the repetition option and turn it off.
See if that helps.
