I got the introduction mission… completed it with A rating; however, I still don’t have any Charter - VIP missions… Only Charter - Private.
same issue, don’t have the golden quest in France, all my certifications are done, but no quest

Agreed. I experience same exact error on both Xbox series X and Series S. Yellow persistent icon, no missions. No Citation CJ4. I just took the ATP turboprop certification for nothing, and still no golden specialization intro has appeared.
Restart sim. Nothing.
Restart Xbox. Nothing.
This series/ specialization is bugged.
So what people are seeing is that you have to complete the 737 mission in order to get VIP-Charter missions??
I have completed the first two gold colored Charter Service missions (Private and VIP).
I had the Vision Jet and lots of Charter missions. I sold the Vision Jet and bought the PC-24 but now I have no Charter missions showing up at all… anywhere in the world.
I do have gold missions showing up on the map tho, I never did the Search and Rescue, Medivac or Sightseeing ones and they are still there.
This is very confusing 
737 mission was there, restarted game and now its gone

I have the same issue.
Charter Service - VIP
Gold mission shows up but says missing specialization prerequisites.
I have all 13 fixed wing certifications except heavy.
It would be great if the UI gave more details such as what specializations are required.
The plane for this one is the PC-12
Same problem, did the first gold VIP flight on the PC12, but now I don’t see any VIP flights, only private flights.
I own the Cessna Citation.
Same issue. Lvl 175+, Rating S. All airplane specs unlocked except water scoop and the locked until future update heavy airliner. In charter company with 2 vision jets, 1 PC12, 1 Citation, none of which can access any level of missions anymore, since buying the Citation. Haven’t seen the gold star in SFO since game glitched during the mission and crashed.

Shortly after posting this, the SFO mission reappeared. Flew the extremely broken 737 to LAX and had a “C” grade. Still have no charter missions of ANY level appearing.
Broken: I don’t recommend skipping anything except taxi on this one, the 737 will teleport ahead only one waypoint and you’ll immediately have to recover from a stall, then autopilot goes into an unusable state for the rest of the flight (which can be somewhat fixed once you learn the FMS computer).

Even after getting acharter VIP Boeing 737 landed with an “A” grade, no charter missions show up in freelancer mode or employee. Not sure if this was even a prerequisite for medium / heavy passenger transport anyhow.

Vip missions are now on there I’ve just seen them
I’m trying to unlock medium cargo and can’t land one as the winds way too strong it flips the plane.
Is there anyway to tell what gold missions I’ve done ? Do they have a tick or anything as mine don’t
