When in freeflight, is there only a checklist available for engine start and to taxi, It feels like I am missing, take off, climb, cruise, decent, approach etc. Or is this just a setting that should be checked?

It seems there is only a checklist up to the point you mentioned in freeflight. I filed a ticket in alpha but it they closed the ticket with a “is working as intented” comment.

It depends on the aircraft. Some aircraft like the TBM have all of the checklists, others like the A320 only have the first few.
thank you guys, I was flying the Cessna 152.. It is still early so they have all the time in the world to complete the checklists later. Have fun!
Most of the airplanes, including all the airliners, only have checklists for before/ starting/starting/after starting. This is obviously insufficient, and I have to assume the (very well designed) checklist system was intended for more. Will this be finished?

Great topic i was about to start one with this .According to the ms team they had real pilots on all planes in the sim tested and they forget to provide a full check list for us Example the bonanza missing missing before take off checklist engine run ups etc.Also the turbo prop checklist are also incomplete example on the caravan does not say that ng should be stabilize at 12% ms team just grab a checklist plate and a airplane performance reference info with stall speed landing speed vye, vyse on the twin engine/Emergency procedures,take off required speed by weight etc and copy and pasted to this sim is not that hard .I f i don’t remember correct i think fsx bring more info on this than the new sim. This are simple stuff and required to fly correctly a different airplane.

We need to get the checklists fully completed from dark and cold to shut off. The benefit of the current checklist is assistance to point you to where the checklist item is. This should be fully completed.

I agree. With all the information the resources they have at their disposal this shouldn’t be an issue for them to complete. I for one find it really helpful having the checklist integrated in the sim complete with tick functionality and view. Really hoping the devs get a few people to knock this one out quickly.

I think it should be either all checklists or none at all. Even if the available check list on the A320 gives you a better feeling of realism it is a shame that you can not have the other ones as stated above. It kind of ruins the whole start up feeling. A big shame to be frank…
