Christ the Redeemer appears completely wrong in the MSFS 2020 1.38.2 version

Somente com o cenário do SBRJ mega Rio do Paulo Ricardo cenarista, foi o que resolveu pra mim.

Hi

And what’s the point in disabling all the add-ons? Do you know how long it takes to identify which could be the culprit, if that would be the case?

It works for me like yours if I simply disable the photogrammetry…with all add-ons enabled.

Can you please confirm you have photogrammetry enabled in your games when you tested this?

Cheers

Carlos

Anybody been to Rio de Janeiro lately?

Spooky! Wasn’t there before SU 16, but could be any culprit.

Looks fine to me

2020 or 2024?

DLSS, TAA, DX11, DX12 etc?

Sure wished mine looked like yours!

2024, DX12, DLSS Performance, 4070 Super

Sigh… someday! For now I will plod along on my 3060.

Thank you for the reply.

Turns out photogrammetry city update for Brazil was the culprit.

Deleted that and all is good now.

So it is not fixed by any means. If I want to use photogrammetry for Brazil cities I will have this issue again.

Hello, it seems like different people with different systems have different results.

You may be just fine, who knows? You can try it and then delete it if it’s bad for you. What really didn’t work for me was the helipad nearby. I may reinstall it and do more exploring just to see.

Also see in dev mode–> options -->ground options–> enable or disable terraforming
And see if this does the trick
This works for niagara falls height and italian airports that have sunken in the ground so why not for Christ the redeemer to gain some altitude.

Hopefully this helps for you who experience the sunken statue of Christ the Redeemer.
