Yes, fun to see, especially when you’re flying just above the clouds. You’ll always have a shadow of your aircraft in the middle of it too, centred on your position in the plane.

Yes, all rainbows are circular. Or, to be pedantic, they’re cone-shaped (imagine looking through the mouthpiece of a megaphone). But at ground level, the bottom half of the cone hits the ground, so there’s much less of it, and you don’t notice it.
