When I load the C750 it loads but the EFB does not light up and when I turn on the batteries and eicas etc. no screens come alive and stay black. I can hear the fans and the APU but no screens light up.
They seem to be on, but very dim. Try switching to night and you see them coming on and working, just not visible during day time. Clearly a bug.
Yep same here, Citation X black screens, also I can not go back to main menu. I have to hold Ctrl, alt and delete to open task manager cand then end task.

Removed CJ4 tag as it doesn’t apply to this thread.
I thought the same until I cranked up the games brightness and could see that all the screens were populated. Just very very dim.
Has this bug been fixed in the new beta version?
No, screens still too dim during daytime.
The screens become visible if you choose the night time. But I want to fly during the day = (
An intermediate workaround is to disable the 2024 version and enable the 2020 version. That version works fine in SU4beta.
No I tried it yesterday still no screens.
Turn 2024 version to UserDisable and 2020 version to Activated in Content.xml. It working for me.
Any commets from FlightFX?
Disclaimer - I am a FlightFX QA Staffer, these are my Personal Comments and Observations
It’s an SU4 Beta lighting change that will get addressed when the update cuts over to Production status. It can’t be patched now because it will break SU3 user experience. We have an active thread on our Discord regarding this report.
What is the plane called in Content.xml? I can’t find the correct line to edit.
I did not have to fiddle with any Content.xml or some such. I just installed the FS2020 version of the Citation X in my Content manager library in MSFS2024 SU 4 beta, which forced a deactivation of the FS2024 Citation version et voila, we are back in Citation X business again, until they release the proper 2024 compatible version.
Anybody else experiencing cockpit lighting issues with the 2020 version in SU4beta? The integrated lighting that should illuminate all text labels isnt working for me. Or am I just not pressing the right buttons?!
screens dim in release 1.6.32.0 update 4
Sane unable to fly with the screens being so dim. We can’t go back to SU3
Still not fixed
