City buildings missing from scenery (Lagos)

Description of the issue: Building in Lagos are very spotty, often missing entire streets. While the bug affects the general vicinity (and may indicate a general bug affecting many locations), the coordinates provided give more or less a view of affected area.

  2. Look on the scenery and see that it is barren?
  3. Idk, I have terrain LOD at 100 and Buildings at High, if that’s somehow making a difference
