MSFS 2024. I’ve just added the newest city update 13 California in Marketplace, even restarted the sim, it is “streamed” in my library, but the Griffith doesn’t look like advertised… What am I missing?

in the trailer it is a custom 3D object. we have plain photogrammetry… I wonder if they forgot to change it or what…

That’s not a bad guess. I am pretty sure I have seen it looking better before, but I’m not sure enough to come out and announce it

I’m wondering why such diffrence in the Sim vs in the trailer for Griffith Observatory . is it something missing currently ? and can we expect to have an update for this POI ? Thank you . Cheers
One is a software program and the other is marketing.
The marketing video was produced probably weeks prior to the city update release so my guess is they were working off a local unreleased version. Griffith being excluded was probably just an oversight. I’m sure it will be fixed quickly.
Personal comment: or maybe video was captured using FS2020 that has no issue with Griffith POI.

Well they have access to the SU5 beta code we have not received yet so that might be the reason as well but it could well be 2020.
That is another option 
but IMO I don’t think they’ll record video to be released to the public under a beta that is not release yet to the beta testers.
