Description:
In MSFS 2024 Career Mode, a SimBrief-generated route was successfully imported into the EFB for a CJ4 charter flight from LKKB to OETB. The route, arrival, and VOR 13 approach were fully visible in the EFB with correct altitude constraints.
However, after selecting “Send to ATC and Avionics”, the Working Title CJ4 FMS imported only a partial route. The FPLN pages stopped around waypoint EDISI and never imported the remaining waypoints, destination airport (OETB), arrival, or approach procedure.
The EFB continued to display the complete route correctly, suggesting the issue occurs during EFB → avionics synchronization rather than route generation.
Reproduction Steps:

Start a CJ4 Career Mode charter mission

Generate a SimBrief route from LKKB to OETB

Import the route into the MSFS 2024 EFB

Expected Result:
Complete route, destination airport, arrival, and approach are imported into the CJ4 FMS.
Actual Result:
FMS imports only a partial route and truncates before destination. The truncation appears to occur immediately before a coordinate waypoint shown in the EFB as N36.041|E30.82. This suggests the CJ4 avionics import/parser may fail when handling unnamed coordinate fixes

Did it bomb the mission? I have had this twice where it suddenly says I am too far from the track, but you aren’t, now I have stopped doing career until they fix things.
Additional findings:
After further testing, the issue does not appear to be caused solely by coordinate waypoints.
I removed the unnamed coordinate waypoint (N36.041|E30.82) from the route and repeated the import process. The CJ4 FMS still failed to correctly import the complete flight plan from the EFB.
New observed behavior:

The VOR 13 approach procedure partially imports into the FMS

Approach fixes such as TBK98 and MUPVA appear

However, the destination airport is replaced with 0000

A route DISCONTINUITY appears before the approach

The enroute portion and arrival are still not correctly merged
This suggests the issue may be related to EFB → Working Title CJ4 avionics synchronization or procedure linking logic rather than coordinate waypoint parsing alone.

This happens in career every day - approaches are often broken/discontinued in avionics, but I usually manage to approach and land manually and this completes the mission.
Lucky you, mine just ends the mission while I’m halfway to my destination 
Update:
Routes containing airway segments (e.g. L986, Y70) are only partially imported into the WT CJ4 FMS from the MSFS 2024 EFB.
Direct segments before the airway may import, but airway-contained waypoints are skipped entirely.
The EFB route itself displays correctly and navigation in-world works normally.
Workaround discovered:
Replacing airway segments with explicit DIRECT waypoint legs allows successful import into the WT CJ4 FMS.
Example:
airway-based route failed to import completely,
while equivalent flattened direct-waypoint route imported successfully.
Would it be possible for you to report it to WT on their discord please? They might push through a fix at some point then.
