Description of the issue: CJ4 autopilot commands a level off far before selected altitude.

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Load CJ4 into the sim
  2. Select an altitude preferably well above current
  3. Climb in VS or FLC… AP levels off early. Doesn’t matter if live or custom weather
