CJ4 NAV not working with 0.11.3 ..Help a newbie?

Greetings,

After the 172 I wanted to start learning the CJ4. Installed the latest WT MOD and having issues it not following the NAV.
What I know:

  1. You need to set FltPln manually. Watched the WT and other videos and did the following:
    a) Put the From and Destination
    b) go to Legs and manually input the WayPoints (as it will not create them for me automatically)
    c) Set your Departure Runway and Approach at destination

Looking at the FltPln, it says Via Direct to my first Waypoint

Fire up the CJ4 and turn on NAV and nothing for 99.8% of the time. Its shows LNV1 (in white) and seems like it doesn’t click on. once somehow it went green and I think it started to follow the waypoint but dropped off again.

HDG mode works fine except last time, it didn’t even respond and the compass kept spinning and cj4 just kept on rolling in air. Only saw that once.

From one of the threads, I did make sure that my systems UTF Beta was not enabled but still no luck.

Any thoughts?

Hi,

Welcome to the WT CJ4. Like many of us there would be a fair amount of reading to get familiar with its systems.

It’s Flight Management system offers various flavors of input. Direct, Import from SimBrief or Import from MSFS.

The White LNV1 has a function and meaning as well. And the NAV function works perfectly well including PT, User Waypoints, charts integration etc.
