I’ve seen multiple references to editing this file. Problem is that whenever I do, the changes I make are backed out by “something” almost immediately so the change never sticks. I am on a Steam install which I put into a custom dir on d:\ but this file is in the standard hierarchy on c:\
It is a real pain >_<
