Clouds in live weather are being incorrectly removed

Description of the issue: I sat at LOWS airport where there is currently a large area of bad weather including overcast cloud and rain. I noticed this was displayed accurately on the world map but when I loaded in the weather was not accurate, so I decided to rewind the time back by around 30-60 minutes. I noticed by doing so the weather then became accurate again and the cloud and rain were being injected as it should be.

As I nudged the time on I noticed as I got back close to current time (16:55 UTC) the clouds started being removed again.

There seems to be some bug here with the injection.

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Hard to say, seems to happen around 1600-1700 UTC in this case.
