Could it be you are at a minus altitude (hard to see)? That would be an issue that has popped up a few times since FS2004.
It looks like the airport is OINN, which has an altitude of -61ft, so that seems likely. I’ve never observed clouds disappearing because of that, but now feel compelled to try. Plus it’s part of the world I’ve never flown in, so win win.
Iran is beautiful from the air, worth trying !
@Mar74pilot : could you confirm the airport you experienced the issue is OINN as commented by @hobanagerik , that is located at -61ft ?
If so, see existing report: Areas that are below MSL don't show weather. in MSFS 2024 and Maybe 2020 too but I haven't tried 2020

Are you using xcloud since you’ve added that xcloud tag or are you under ms-store version ?
