Currently, Co-Pilot Assistance mode answers all radio calls, including pushback. There should be a sub-list of which kinds of actions the Co-pilot should automatically answer or not. For example, Com1, Nav1, transponder, pushback, Control autopilot, landing gear, Flaps, Call outs, etc.
No, what the co pilot needs is a drug screening and some re training because currently he either forged his license or has a substance abuse problem lol.

I think copilot should just maintain current attitude and if approaching stall lower the nose, more or less like a cws feature in the autopilot
Yup, would be nice to have. Even asking for flight following is something i wanna do, because mostly i don’t need it and it is considered bothering anyway. Busy air traffic controllers hate these kinds of requests. If i cancel my landing intentions my co-pilot asks again for landing permission, sigh.
