Cockpit camera view jumping around

Hi All, New to MSFS, hoping someone can help with this!
Just idling views (cockpit and external) will jump up and down and side to side randomly. Please see video attached.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Do you maybe have a head/eye tracker connected to your PC that you didn’t intend to use, that’s being picked up?

What are you using for a controller?
Does it have a hat switch?

Keyboard/mouse batteries or usb cables/connections would be first on my list or possibly fluff or dust has got into the mouse

The reason I ask about head/eye trackers is that some gaming laptops have a Tobii built in, so you may have that present without being super aware of it in which case it might be moving your view around in the way shown on the video. You might want to double-check just in case.

Have you eliminated your keyboard or mouse as a source?

Thank you so much. You were absolutely right! I 'd never heard of Tobii and I was not aware that this laptop had it installed. It seems to have been interfering with my camera, even though no headset was connected. I’ve uninstalled the 3 programs and all is ok.
