What Codecs are recognized for small video uploads?

I’m not referring to ‘third-party’ utilities, but Forum posting requirements. For instance, what video codec(s) recognized to post a small video in ‘what did you do in MSFS today’ without having to link to Youtube. MP4, Mpeg-2. AVI or something else, that’s what I need to know.
I believe the recommendation is to host your videos outside of the forum and then link back into the Board using a URL. In which case your Codec choice is agnostic as far as this board is concerned.

OK. I was hoping that wasn’t necessary for a short vid. Que sera, sera. You may close this if you wish.
If it’s less than 4MB give it a try. Some folks have posted it from things like the XBox App for tech support purposes, but no one I asked made any specific codec choices.
Thanks, but it’s about 4KB, so that won’t work. I’ll go the external link as everyone else. Just thought I could keep it simple.
