Commands to Configure Autopilot FCU Speed, Heading and Altitude

I am trying to setup my FCU controls on my Virpil CM2 Throttle
SPD/MACH knob
HDG/TRK knob
Altitude selector knob (inner and outer)

Can someone please tell me what controls get mapped for
SPD/MACH knob → Push Button
SPD/MACH knob → Pull Button
SPD/MACH knob → Increase Air Speed
SPD/MACH knob → Decrease Air Speed

HDG/TRK knob → Push for Managed
HDG/TRK knob → Pull for Unmanaged
HDG/TRK knob → Increase Heading
HDG/TRK knob → Decrease Heading

Altitude selector knob → Push for Managed Mode
Altitude selector knob → Pull for OP CLB/DES
Altitude selector knob → Increase Altitude
Altitude selector knob → Decrease Altitude

Toggle AP VS Hold
Increase Reference VS
Decrease Reference VS

Heading
Select Heading Bug
Increase Heading Bug
Decrease Heading Bug

Altitude
Toggle AP Altitude Hold
Increase Altitude Reference Hold
Decrease Altitude Reference Hold
