What are the requirements to get a Cargo Company? Right now it says something like;

Aircraft Available for sale (with a red dot next to it)
What specializations are needed I have the light and medium cargo specialty and almost all of the other bottom half of specialties, and I have all the qualifications up but not including the various airline pilot qualifications and how do you get rid of the red dot on the Aircraft available for sale? I’m at a loss, I am so bored of grinding the sightseeing flights I need CARGO asap!
