Comparing the MSFS C172 vs the Real thing!

I decided to put together a video comparing how the real C172 performs vs the stock G1000 C172. If anyone’s curious to check it out here you go! Let me know if there’s something else you folks would like to see. I have just under 200 hours in the actual 172 and a few hours across an archer and warrior, but if it’s something 172 related I could probably put something together.

Interesting video, I’ll definitely going to watch this on my next free time.

Hi.

Very nice video and cockpit of course

What is really interesting to me is set of your yoke as Sensitivity settings set inside your sim. Really I just remember some my real experience from C182 and tried already some settings to feel sim C172 little bit as IRL. My yoke I prepared very long time before and did some settings to have it quite heavy feel in hands. Here I discovered to my system that devs prepared perfect option inside Sensitivity settings, that I can apply on yoke’s Elevator settings not full curve track. This feature simply set before touchdown some feature of better and more real feeling with compensation of flare till touchdown. Anyway, thnx for your
nice idea about do comparision

So I actually don’t have any settings inside the sim. I use the Brunner CLS MKII force feedback yoke with a profile I tweaked myself to match what I’ve felt in the actual airplane. I still need to do some more tweaking but its def pretty close now. The cool thing about the brunner is based on your airspeed the forces required can change which is absolutely fantastic. Cruise feels so much different than landings ect.
