Compliments for JustFlight Support! - Installer error CRJ550/700

I downloaded the latest update of the Aerosoft CRJ550/700, which I purchased through JustFlight, and ran into a installer error. The error was “runtime error (66:312)” while installing version v1.0.17.0.
Software is complex and errors do occur.

What I appreciated very much was the quick response from Justflight.
I reported the error at 17:50 CET and received a response at 18:40 CET.
The error could be reproduced and will be addressed as soon as possible.

Not only they develop great planes like the BAE 146 and Pipers, but also they have their support performing very well.

My compliments for the JustFlight support staff.

Eagerly awaiting the release of the Fokker F28.

Aha. Same thing for me. Filed a ticket as well. Glad it wasn’t something I did wrong! :slight_smile:

Somewhere today Justflight released the updated version v1.0.17.0a (previous was v1.0.17.0).
The problem while installing does not occur in this version and the issue is fixed.
Not only the support is responsive, also the fix is quick (< 24hrs).
Again, very happy with Justflight.

Crud. I got mine through SimMarket, and as of 1827Z 26 JUN 2022, it still only has v10170.
