ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: When flying with an IFR flight plan, I requested a lower altitude. ATC (female voice) granted me this. Immediately afterwards, I am already in a descent, a male ATC voice requests a climb to the previous altitude. This second voice (ATC) also often overlays the first voice in other contexts. I am not even close to the destination airport.
