When I go to Marketplace, My Library and search for 172, I get confusing results. I expected to see 2 versions: a G1000 version and an Analog version (6 pack). The pic shows what I’m seeing.
Then, when I’m in Free Flight, I enter 172 in the filter box and only see one plane. Confusing… thanks in advance for any help with this one.

Like some other aircraft, different variants of the C172 are bundled under one title. If you choose the 172 and click configure, you’ll see a number of variants, including a basic one:
and an Amphibious one that also has analog instruments.
I agree that its confusing. There seems to be no standard naming or ordering convention to the My Library. Sometimes the description name includes the instrument variation, and sometimes not.
