Connection Loss Error Message after 1.18.13.0 Update, cant download update

Hi there, i updated to [1.18.13.0] via the Microsoft Store. However when i start the game it says:
“Connection lost - Please ensure you have an active internet connection, and check the forums for additional information. The system will attempt to reconnect regularly.”

When i then press OK it loads 10 seconds and then crashes to desktop. Is there any fix for that? I also checked XBox Network connection which is fine. My Internet connection is also stable (LAN).

Hi there. Nope i filed a bug report but no reply yet. The Problem stil persists and i cant use the game.

I fixed my problem. I logged off in the XBOX App and logged in again. Then I started the sim and its working now on my end.

Do you use the new Xbox app or the old one? I have both installed.

I have no clue to be honest :sweat_smile: . I just typed XBox in the MS Store and installed the app.
