ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Every time I try launching the sim, usually after 3 minutes of loading and a low fps loading video, the app crashes completely. I have only been playing for a month, along with me getting this pc only a month ago. I am still a bit confused on how everything works, compared to IOS, but I think I am getting the hang of it.

Every time I launch it, starting from about a day ago.
